wireless doesn't work on Linux Mint

Hi everybody,

I've got a problem with my wireless connection. I've recently installed Linux Mint Isadora on my Asus Eee pc R101 netbook and I now can't find the wireless drivers to get it work. I'm new to Linux. So I'll appreciate your help to make it work.
