Wireless and ethernet conflicting each other

Well im kind of newbie to linux so forgive me if i use the wrong terminology or whatever. I just finished setting up my debian wheezy install. Everything is working fine now with the exception of the wireless. Its a dell wireless 1395 wlan card, which is actually a broadcom 4312 i believe. So i installed the driver located here http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php with the instructions of the read me. Only problem was ssb wouldnt unload because the ethernet was using it as part of the b44 driver. I kept trying rmmod ssb to unload it but it didnt work even with the ethernet interface down. This command finally made it unload.
modprobe -r b44 b43 b43legacy ssb brcm80211

Wireless is working now but everytime i boot i have to run the modprobe command and insmod wl.0 to make the wireless come up agian. And this makes the ethernet stop working. I need both to be able to work at the same time. Any help would be appreciated. I have blacklisted the ssb but it still loads every boot.

edit: used this https://wiki.debian.org/wl to install driver again and now it works fine every boot minus the ethernet which still doesnt show up in ifconfig or in the kde network manager.

You should have installed the packages for Broadcom drivers from the repositories, best to do it remove all that you have installed and then install the Debian packages.
The package broadcom-sta-dkms should do the trick.
Could you please post the output of:
Code:
lspci | grep -i net
Regards
