Hi djemene, Welcome to LQ. While booted into the Linux install please post the output from the following.

Code:
# lspci -v | grep -i net
# lsmod
# ifconfig -a
# iwconfig
Have you tried toggling the wifi button while booted into the Linux install?

Good luck. ;-)
