No, a disk utility was NOT suggested to be 'downloaded', since **IT WAS ALREADY ON THE MENU** for Lubuntu. AGAIN: all you have to do is run the install program...that's it. Tell it to format the disk during installation.
ok I will put Lubuntu on usb and see what happens, thanks

You already HAVE Lubuntu on USB...you posted a picture of it already. The one with the "Install Lubuntu 19.." button on the screen. Not sure what you're talking about, what you think you have to download/do, etc. You clearly already have it.

AGAIN: Post a clear question, and don't post photos of things. If you can't ask a clear question, provide clear details, and follow the advice given, there is **NOTHING** we can do to help you.
AGAIN: In post #6, **YOU POSTED** a picture of your machine, booted up with the Lubuntu 19 installation media. If you cannot simply click on the button that is clearly labeled "Install Lubuntu 19.10", then I don't know if anyone here can help you. What more do you need to be told??? How much more clear does it need to be???
I guess you missed the idea of actually "installing" Linux. The installation process itself "involves" formatting the hard drive. So, If you started the installation process you will get the chance to "format" your hard drive and wipe Windows. It is not a Windows problem. It is the installation process itself.
Take a look at this Lubuntu 19.10. It will help you a lot.
ٍSpecial Emphasis on this moment.
Consider waiting for Lubuntu 20.04 which will be released on 24 April 2020. It is a Long Term Support version (LTS).

BTW, The screen you pictured are strange. Do you have a problem with you graphics card. The screen is weirdly split and the image is not clear. Correct me if I am wrong. We can help you through this. Just deal with the problem a bit by bit.
When you click the Install (distro name) icon on the screen it will run the installer. Most Ubuntu installers will give you options to wipe everything, install alongside Windows, manually do it yourself, etc. when you get to the disk option. Just click Wipe Everything and that will take care of it for you.

Yes I have it on usb now but with multiple screens, asked Erase disk and install Lubuntu using LVM, it rolls and rolls but never shows INSTALLATION DONE...

Reason: adding a line

With all due respect, these updates aren't helpful. They give no clear information. Multiple screens should not be a factor, in fact I'd recommend you disconnect any secondary screens during this process. LVM is not mandatory for installation, you can set up LVM later. Would recommend you perform a default install. If with each update there's little clear information and the same one or two pictures, this process is not going to be easy, or get resolved anytime soon.

AGAIN: you are NOT POSTING information. Stop posting pictures, and take the time to post actual messages. You are ALSO not being consistent, posting pictures of Lubuntu 18, 19, and Kodi...WHICH ONE are you trying to install???
AGAIN: go back to what you had and posted in post #6, Lubuntu 19. Boot from it, install it. You STILL aren't saying what you mean by "multiple screens", how long you're waiting, etc. You don't describe your steps, what you're doing, or why.
AGAIN: you have been a Linux user for TEN YEARS..you claim to have installed several versions in the past. How, exactly, did you/are you using Linux, if you can't install it???
Linux does not see drives a Letters like Windows. if you want to wipe it. most, not all distros have a wipe drive and install there distro option. just pick that and let it do its thing, after you've entered your user name / password. which just means select install distro, then read and follow the prompts.
Linux Lite finally wiped it but at reboot, I have multiple display of the same page ' Welcome to Linux Lite ' and no internet... ?

I am certain it is a graphics card problem, I have installed Linux Lite and still have multiple screens but dont know how to get about correcting that. Thank you for your help
me, I'd get a live distro on a stick that has gparted on it. boot that, go to device->create partition table. do that, it will destroy everything. then create a partition on it.
for your partition table either gpt for UUID , or msdos for MBR boot sector. that is up to you.
