I've seen this question answered before, but I think my problem is different.
First, I installed RH9, and then put XD2 on top. GRUB was installed as well, but wasn't neccessary because XD2 was the only OS at the time.
Until Now.
Now, I have WinXP on the second partition, and XD2 on the first. Well, when I boot up the machine, WinXP boots with no boot loader menu from GRUB or Windows.
How can I get any boot loader? I don't care which I use, I just want both OS's!
I'm pretty sure you can boot off the CD somehow too, try inserting it and booting off it like you do to install and look around there. I'm a newb so this is just a temporary suggestion till someone smart can help you

I don't think so. I only specified one partition, and that was for the install. GRUB is the boot loader, but I think Windows put NTLDR on there when I installed it.
And I don't have a floppy drive, Awatto, so no boot dish will help
