Not impressed.
I've done better with a couple of hours, and www.kde-look.org.
If you want stability, and an XP-ish feel - go get KDE 3.2.3, and some themes from the url above.

what i think is XPDE does not expose the full functiinalities of linux, and there going to be bugs in that, i tried xp de but it could not match the functionalilty of kde
