Wine problems
 

i have the newest version, an rpm version for redhat9; i installed that and then configured it using winesetuptk

when i type wine in the terminal, it tells me that it cannot find the /root/.wine folder (and i'm either logged in as root or i have superuser priveleges)

how do i get wine to recognize that folder (when i try to make such a folder, it says it already exists but i don't see it)

if the .wine folder already exists try making a folder in .wine called diveC or whatever then inside that make a folder 'windows'.
then copy files from /usr/doc/Wine/samples to .wine and change the path to drive C in config file.
