Thumbs down Wine HELP


I really don't know how to install wine and how to run it i am total lost please help me. I have gone to wine help page and did all the stuff they suggest but i am still really lost can anyone just break it down step by step? thank I am running linux 9 with a 1.3 ghz athlon plz help

we need to know you distribution. There is no such thing as Linux 9.

It will be something like Redhat 9 or Mandrake 9 etc.

and: wine is hard to begin with, if you even dont know your distrobution's name

and for the thread : life is to short to configure wine.

Glad you enjoyed it!

I agree with that! Just dual boot and use the software made for Windoze
where it works right - in Windoze. Everything I tried to run under Wine ran
like it was drunk, and what a pain to get the thing configured...
