Windows parallel to Linux problem

I had windows installed on my first partition and then installed my new Suse 9.0 on the second partition. It all went very well. But when I wanted to boot up Windows and chose it in the bootmanager it suddenly brings an error message. (I think it was partition not found) What should I do?
