after installing rhel7 windows not booting

Check out the partitions to see if the Windows partition still exists. You can use something like fdisk or parted. Mount it, look at the files. If it's not there then it is quite possible you blew windows away. If it is there then you might only need to add an entry in grub for windows so that you can dual boot it.

did you READ the redhat install guide section on dual booting with MS windows ?

the instructions will be different for
XP & vista
different for Windows7
and different for win 8 using "secureboot"

and did you REPLACE windows ??? ( what ??? xp,7,8.1 ? what)
or just the MDR that microsoft was using
