windows dissapearing when i minimize


i run redhat fedora and when i minimize some windows they dissapear but are still open because if they were on a cd the cd can not be unmounted.
how do i get those windows back?

are u sure, only some disappear OR all of them...???

If the second is true then
You need to check whether there is a window list separator on your task bar (grey one at bottom)...You can add one by right clicking on the task bar under the add option
else
the windows may be have to be called from the System monitor if it is that advanced!
end if

if i understand right,
u need to go to the panel properties -->add to panel-->windows and select the option there,to iniminze windows or something,,,Hope it helps
