You can look at and manage some devices in "System Settings" on KDE (System Settings > Hardware) and there is also a program called Device Viewer built into KDE. There are separate tools
here that you could try.
Keep in mind that in Linux, driver management is done through package managers and many drivers are built into the kernel. Updating drivers is not something you have to do in a separate program as in Windows, as it will just be done with apt (and through KDE Discover) or when the kernel is upgraded.
