Win98 like desktop enviroment?

Ok, I have a computer with 64MB of RAM, 501mHZ Celeron (Mendicino). Knowing that KDE and GNOME use oodles oodles of RAM, i would like to emulate a windows look and feel that will run on my computer.

Note: I'm not going to be using it, this is for other members of my family, so it better fool the newbies pretty well.

Have a look at IceWM. It's light, and kinda sorta '95ish. My guess is it's the next best thing after KDE to give a feel of that environment.

IceWM + theme or maybe fvwm95, IveWM would provide a more newbie-friendly environment though.
