Will activating Bitlocker on my jump drive prevent me from using Puppy Linux?

I have installed Puppy on my jump drive and I now want to enable Bitlocker on it as well. This is because I store other files on it. If I enable Bitlocker, will it prevent me from loading Puppy?

never mind! I decided against activating Bitlocker on the jump drive because I am already using the jump drive as the "key" for my Bitlocker encrypted notebook.

what a moron I would have been when I tried to unlock my PC with a key that is on an encrypted jump drive.

maybe I shouldn't breed either.
