wifi wont work with suse 10.3


i am new to linux and have, suse 10.3. i cant get my bcm 4206 wireless to work. ive tried to get it to work but i cant figure out how to install programs, with linux. im good with windows, but would like to go onto a linux operating system. i just cant figure out how to use it. can anyone give me a walkthrough? thanks -Carson

Giving more information about what you have tried (and failed) would be a big help in giving you advice.

Lacking that, let's start with the basics.

Have you tried going to the Kde or Gnome main menu (the start menu in windows), and Control Center - Yast - Network devices - Network card to try to configure wifi?
