What are your reasons for using Kali? Every few days there seems to be thread dealing with Kali and network issues...it's not a general purpose distro.

Have you read this?: https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...ad-4175614092/

How much experience do you have with "Linux"? As another member mentioned, Kali is not for beginners. And installing Kali does not magically turn you into a hacker.

Most of the "hacking" tools are available for other distros as well.

Do yourself a favor and install an easier distro and learn Linux inside out. Learn how to use the hacking tools one at a time. Take a course on offensive security. Than install Kali.

I think you have to start the network service. Then you might need firmware for your wireless card. Post the make and model of your wireless adapter.
