WiFi control apps

From an absolute newbie here loving ... using Mint Cinnamon, connecting via WiFi - can anyone recommend the best way to control WiFi connections in Mint Cinnamon? I would like to have an easy way to connect/disconnect, switch between wifi networks from the desktop (Using GUI, not terminal). Cheers!

Network-manager should work. It should be a small icon on the task bar. Right click on it.
