wi-fi dialog box at log-in

When I turn on my Ubuntu machine, and it shows me the login screen, there is a dialog window to login to the wireless. When I login to Ubuntu, the wi-fi automatically connects, even if I do not type anything in (I had entered the password before when I was logged in). Why is this dialog box showing up here? I am running 13.04.

Hi:
You mentioned:

Do you mean the "Authenication Required By Wireless Network" window ?

It may be configured that way. Look in the network interface's file.
Or it could be a bug-
