Yes, I notice what you mean - the characters where all wrong but this had nothing to do with keyboard it is a totally different problem...
Last post I've sent you I was using Windows Internet Explorer (at work :-P ) and I had a problem with character encoding (menu View > Character Encoding)! I had to change it to Western ISO-8859-1 when I notice that - unfortunately only after submit the reply to your post!!!

Now I'm sending you this post trhough Mozilla and using Ubuntu 5.04 at home ;-D

Glad to know that it's ok now
