Exclamation Why the image i assigned for my signature does not get displayed?

Why does my signature's image is not displayed in the threads I post?

I've notice the forum rules. (are they customizable?)

........HTML code is OFF
........vB code is ON
........Smilies are ON
........IMG code is OFF

How can activate on (IMG) tag in order to my image be display?

I imagine its been disabled because image signatures are incredibly annoying.

The argument that people can use it for screenshots of errors falls through because people can simply link to the images.

u can make the appropriate changes by jumping to the User cp forum. There modify your IMG settings

You can't. Those options are set globally for the entire board, and the owner of LQ does not want to clutter up the site with distracting graphics or other images. (Personally I applaud that decision - I think LQ remains a much better site by concentrating on Linux information rather than by concentrating on gee-whiz graphics, etc. Obviously other people may disagree.)
