Why I can't run m68k-elf-20030314.sh?

I am trying to evaluate a cwlinux board, which uses uClinux. When Im on the part of running the shell file named m86k-elf-tools-20030314.sh. The error were:

tail: cannot open '+' for reading: No such file or directory

gunzip: stdin: unexpected end of file

And then, when i edit the file and replace the line with -n+$ on the tail part i got another error:

gunzip: stdin: file not found
