Why gaim does not support voice conferencing

I have an Query about GAIM. Gaim is an instant messaging but it does support voice conferencing. Is there any Proprietary of Gaim that it does't support it please reply |
Could you please reformulate the question? Are you asking for a messaging application that DOES NOT support voice conferencing? What about irc?
