I applied all the major updates in all three: Windows,Natty and Lisa. Everything is working perfectly now. I checked in all the three systems and did not face any network drop problems. I do not know what solved the problem.

It is good to hear that.
You said that update fixed your problem, right?
It means that the problem happens within the driver (unstability, I think).
