Why does Lynis detect this as an error? (NTP)

I just learned about Lynis and did a fast scan. I got two warnings. The first one was a false positive about iptables rules. The second is this:

Code:
[19:33:43] Warning: No running NTP daemon or available client found [test:TIME-3104] [impact:M]
[19:33:43] Hardening: assigned 0 hardening points (max for this item: 2), current: 36, total: 57
I'm not using network time, so why it detects this as an error?

Moved: This thread is more suitable in the Newbie forum (not a Linux Security issue) and has been moved accordingly to help your thread/question get the exposure it deserves.
