why can't juk see mp3's?

I have juk installed and when i browse to the "folder" the only thing it sees is one ogg there are lots of mp3's in there. Legally of course.....lol

Well I cant say for juk, I can tell you how to get XMMS playing MP3's! I've posted a little How To in this thread.

I already have xmms playing them. Juk is suppose to out from the start, but not on my box

Humm, out of curiosity, do you have gstreamer-mad installed? (The mp3 decoder) you can DL it here if you don't.

Maybe if you are using redhat they turned off the MP3 option. Compile it again from source.
