Why can't I use lsmod rmmod etc

Hi all

I am in the process of trying to get my Intel 3240 AnyPoint DSL Modem hooked up on Fedora Core 1 to BT.

The best help I have seen so far requires use of lsmode and rmmod and so on, but these just give me "command not found" messages.

lsmod appears to be linked to insmod in /sbin?

Thanks in advance for any help

John

Are you trying as root? Any of the module commands can only be run as root.

And you may also need to set to root environment by using "su -" not just "su"
