Why can't i close my multiple terminals?

I just started using Fedora Linux Console. I know how to open multiple consoles, but i don't know how to close them. Please can somebody help me. I'll be very grateful.

Hi,

Are you looking for: <ctrl>d or exit

Hope this helps.

Alt+ Function keys can switch different consoles, to exit as druuna said ctrl+d or exit

Hi, in Fedora, It's Ctrl+Alt+function keys.

Hi,

@Kris Ice: That is only true when you are running a window manager (like Gnome, KDE, XFCE etc) and want to go from window manager to a console.

If you are not running a window manager (or already are at the console) ALT+FN switches consoles (1 to 6 are normally available).
