why can't find ISO file when installing??

I am a newbie of linux. My cdROM had broken recently,so I had to install RH 7.3 from hard disk.
I copy all the files from another PC on LAN in windowsXP ,and put them in three folders:CD1,CD2,CD3,then I used UltraISO to make them into three ISO files, then put them under C:
I made the floppy disk according to the guide(using rawrite.exe),but when installing ,it couldn't find the ISO file.
I chosed the /dev/hda1 , but still couldn't find!

If someone had exprienced the same ,please tell me why???
