Running Mandrake 9.2 Linux, Apache, Postfix,Mysql

After accidently deleting the wastebasket Icon on a local user account , I tried to restore it using mandrake backup restore functions for that user. Now have white screen whenever that account is logged on. The user is still visible in the user list. I have checked the permissions for the files in the user account and they have been restored for that users permissions. I have also done a system restore from mandrakebackup and
still get white screen of death for that user.

Any ideas please.

well if you remembered to do your backups, just go into root, delete the user account and remake it again.
