Question Which One? Red Hat, susie or .....


Which version is the best for new uses, I have red hat 7.2 plus the lastest suse, Are there any better ones?

Which one would/do you run and why.

Hello. I am new to Linux as well. At first I wanted to see what Linux was so I went down to Staples and picked up Mandrake Standard Pack 8.0 for $30. Nothing against Mandrake, but I don't like it. People say it's easier than Red Hat, but I don't see a difference really. I would go with Red Hat 7.2.

if you search this site you'll get LOTS of thread aboutb which distro is better than another and such like. look them up.
