Which GAIM do I download and install?

I have Mandrake 10.1 Official with KDE 3.2. Which one of these do I download and install?

Gaim 1.3.1 (Mandrake 10.0)

gaim-1.3.1-0.mdk10.0.i586.rpm
gaim-devel-1.3.1-0.mdk10.0.i586.rpm
gaim-silc-1.3.1-0.mdk10.0.i586.rpm
gaim-tcl-1.3.1-0.mdk10.0.i586.rpm

What is the difference between all of these? Also I have Mandrake 10.1 not 10.0, will that make a difference? Also how do I install a .rpm file?

Why not use urpmi and have a nice easy ride without having to make the choices? "urpmi gaim" is a nice easy command.

I do have a question though. When I typed "urpmi gaim" it had me but my DVD in and took it off of there. How would I use urpmi to install a program I just downloaded off the internet?

this site will let you configure urpmi so that it downloads the latest packages from the net

http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/

then you could remove the DVD from mandrake control center -> software management -> select from where....... and uncheck the dvd

Cool, I will be able to mess with it this again thursday night so I will have to try this.
