Which file has to cross compile in lpc3250 fdi board for snmp manager to get response

I am working on LPC3250 board with linux kernel version 2.6.34 in ubuntu 11.10. I want to run NET-SNMP on my board to get the response from SNMP Client(that means to get response from another board). For that i has downloaded NET-SNMP-5.4.3 version from NET-SNMP Website and i installed it on my host PC,then the files have created with extension .lo and .o.

Why do some not re-read their posts before pressing 'Enter', and/or utilize the 'spell check' feature....or, even checked for proper grammer usage?
('Something I've often pondered.)
