Question Which Dist shoul I use??

I wonder if anyone can trie to help me which distribution that fits my needs the best. And which applications I should use..

Now I am running Win2K server on a P200 MMX 64RAM.. And it's a bit to slow.. So I am thinking och installing Linux on it instead..

The applications I'm running on it and that I need to run on it is:

Webserver with ASP support, I know Apache runs with PHP, but I wonder if there is any way of installing ASP support.
FTP server, not anon.. The FTP server must be able to have mapped network-drives from windows because I've only got about 10 Gig's in the server, but 220Gig's in a nother computer thats running winXP..
I'm not going to use any graphical mode on the sever (xwin)

Well well, anyone that kan help me with choosing Distribution and which packets to install??

Try slackware, debian, suse, mandrake and redhat. See which suits you best.
