Which disks?


For slackware which disks are ya supposed to get? 1 and 2 or just 1?

You mean installation floppies, cdroms, something different? For floppy install, you need 2. For cdrom isnatll you can use the 1st one only, if you wish.

I used to install Slackware from 1 CD, but this version of Slackware been released about half year ago

Someone who has installed Slackware with both Cd-ROm disks please tell me what the second one is for

Slack 9.1 second disk contains KDE, Gnome and other desktop managers like XFCE Flux an so on.
Unless you don't want to install a minimal version, use it.
It is the first time Slack has not been included into a single disk.
