Where to keep LILO


I want to install Mandrake Linux in a 2nd Hard Disk .Durning installation plz guide me that where should i install the LILO.1st HD or 2nd HD ?
My 1st Hard disk is for win98 40 GB & 2nd HD is 10 GB for Linux.

Also i need help about all Linux Directories like Bin,Boot ,Etc,sbin that what they are .Any site about it.

What is on the first disk? Which bootloader do you currently use?

iam new in Linux & now going to install Mandrake on the 2nd Hard disk . About LILO iam unable to whetre should i install . Under mandrake i need KDE in use.
