Where is terminal?

Hi,

I have Red Hat on virtual machine with vmware. I have to delete access to terminal in principal menu. How can i go to terminal session?

I can't go to Ctrl + Alt + F1, F2... I haven't that option with vmware.

I have to write in "run program".... gnome-terminal.
