Where is System Settings (ubuntu mate 16.04)
Trying to access my default bluetooth settings which I believe are in System Settings.
However, in Ubuntu mate 16.04, System Settings is nowhere to be found.

Have you tried tapping the windows/super key, and then typing "Bluetooth" (without the quotes) followed by Enter? I'm not a Mate user, but that's how I'd do it in Mint Cinnamon.
