where is my USB disk?

I add a USB disk on my computer, and my computer system mount the USB on /media/Ubuntu 11.0/. and I umount it by type:
/media$ sudo /media/Ubuntu 11.0

I want to remount the USB disk, but I don't know where is the USB disk?

Physically remove the USB from the port and then plug it back in.

When you connect a USB device, the event should be registered by the kernel and info about the event logged.

As root type "dmesg" or as an ubuntu user type "sudo dmesg" and look for the last storage device registered. When you have found it, mount it the old fashioned way "mount /dev/sdX1 /mnt/path" or as ubuntu user "sudo mount /dev/sdX1 /mnt/path".
