where is my mp3's ?


i have redhat.

i downloaded some mp3's from my LAN to root/

now i logged as other user not as root.

can i add mp3's to XMMS ? or i can only listen mp3 if i login as root ? :/

Only root has access to that folder. Open a console, become root by using su and the issue mv *.mp3 /home/<your name>/ you will then be able to access them.

ok. i cut mp3's from root and paste them to my user folder.
