Where is KDE control center in Mandriva 2006?

Where is KDE control center in Mandriva 2006? I'm looking to change from double click to single click mode.

From console,

if it's in your $PATH, and if that won't help, try searching for it: either

locate kcontrol
or

find / -name kcontrol
