Where do I put Oracle?

I very recently left the Microsoft side of our team to become our only Linux Admin. Sometime next week, I'm going to be building my first production Redhat ES server. I have been provided a brand spanking new HP Proliant ML 570 with 2 drive arrays. One array is RAID-1 with 2 36G Drives and the other array is RAID-5 with 4 72G drives. Now my question, What would be the best partitioning strategy to put the OS on the 1st array and Oracle and the data on the second Array?

Thanks for any input.

You'll gain some performance by creating four distinct partitions (/u01, /u02, /u03, /u04) and you'll gain the most performance by having each of these mount points on four distinct drives, as Oracle recommends.

For sizing info.

Hope this helps,
