where do I find some tutorials for c++, Java, and HTML in Linux

I am trying to learn language and I can not find any Linux based programs to help me. I do no like using Wine yet I have a hard time with it. Are there any books like Linux c++ for Dummies or some other guides that could teach me how to operate the Linux OS to its full potential? I have just purchased a sick system and would like to use it other that a high priced game box.
Thank you.

Why don't you try googling c++ for dummies? I've got a sneaking suspicion that you'll get a lot of hits.

As far as learning linux is concerned:
