Konsole is just a front-end to the Linux shell, like a "graphical window" to use the console. For help on how you use the console, or shell like BASH (Bourne Again SHell), visit www.linuxcommand.org, it's pretty good site for learning the command line.
If you mean getting help on using the Konsole terminal emulator program itself, I think it has docs either on KDE's website/it's own website or in the Help menu. But I assume you meant help on using the shell environment, and for that Linuxcommand does the job. It depends a bit on which shell you use (bash - probably the most common on most biggest Linux systems, or ksh - Korn SHell, or csh - C SHell, or something else) but basically they work the same way, and for that you'll get a good picture from Linuxcommand and using Google.
