Question Where can i find a glibc 2.3 package?

I have an xbox running debian, and i tried to install Yahoo messenger on it. I seem to have all of the packages that it depends on, and it is installed. but it will not run. so I loggin in to a terminal as root and tried to run ymessenger. I got these error messages:

/opt/ymessenger/bin/ymessenger.bin:/lib/ libc.so.6: version "GLIBC_2.3" not found (required by /opt/ymessenger/bin/ymessenger.bin)
/opt/ymessenger/bin/ymessenger.bin:/lib/ libc.so.6: version "GLIBC_2.3" not found (required by /opt/ymessenger/lib/libgtkhtml.so.6)

I have tried to find a way to get GLIBC_2.3 on my system without success. can anyone help me? if you can email me at wolfgangmeyers@yahoo.com. any good methods or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
