Hi,

Which program are you using to download this file?

Instantly 06-30-2007 04:22 AM

Im using Konqueror

Tinkster 06-30-2007 04:24 AM

Ummm ... that'll depend on the browser you're using and
where you told it to put it's files?

Cheers,

Hi,

Too my knowledge, Konqueror places downloaded files into the users home directory by default.

Check "Misc Options" -> "Show network operations". There should be an option that will, if checked/unchecked, show you a download dialog box. This will show the location the file(s) is put.

Did you right click and choose "save link as..". If so, start to download a file and see which directory is the starting point. You don't have to download the file, just do that as a test.
