Whats wrong with this X86Config

I have the Logitech MX Cordless Duo. The mouse is MX700.

This is what is in my X86Config for my mouse right now.

Section "InputDevice"
Driver "mouse"
Identifier "Mouse[1]"
Option "ButtonNumber" "5"
Option "Buttons" "5"
Option "Device" "/dev/mouse"
Option "EmulateWheel" "on"
Option "EmulateWheelButton" "4"
Option "Name" "Autodetection"
Option "Protocol" "imps/2"
Option "Vendor" "Sysp"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
EndSection

The problem with using the mouse is that the wheel is only able to scroll down, not up, and the back / forward buttons on the left side of the mouse don't work.

I figured the problem would be there but I wasn't sure. I've looked around and not seen this problem exactly so I didn't want to try some possible solutions to similar problems since I'm very new to Linux. BTW, I'm on SuSE 9.0.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
