whats next
 

hey all,
i have been messing with linux for the last 3 years and i have a good feel for it as well as a great understanding of it. I believe that i'm pretty far past newbie, i have compilied my kernel, configured boot loaders, fstab, compilied apache with mysql, ssl, and php. and alot more, and right now i kinda feel like i'm stuck in a spot where it comes to learning, does anyone know of a book or site that covers more stuff to learn. (i know that i don't know everything i'm far from it, i just don't know what to do next)

i know it's a weird question that doesn't belong on a help forum, but i couldn't find the answer anywhere else.

any input would be appericated.

How about applications using linux. You know how to set things up, install things, etc. What about using it as a server, firewall, or something advanced that I can't think about?

Tried Linux From Scratch and making your own LiveCD? Both would be very educational. And very cool.

linux from scratch, i have compilied gentoo thats pretty similar but i have never made my own livecd, OSourceDiplomat do u know a place or tutorial where i can read about making a live cd.

i have installed (or compilied) muiltply appilcations, also i have 2 servers running now, a linux router/firewall, and a web, ftp, database server.

I don't remember exactly - it has been discussed here before. Also, there is a way to customize Knoppix, which is fairly straightforward, as I remember.
