i don't like idea of mimicking/faking windows but cruncbang statlers openbox had taskbar windows icons that really worked the way windows 7 taskbar works.

However i hardly get my linux hands on newer computer so i would recomend lxde for people who used windows and can't afford all new i7 computer with unity,..
