Question What to download?

First off, i'm a complete newbie @ linux.

Ok here's my question:

I want a dc++ client for suse linux (9.0). I found one, but of all the files there, which one should I download (btw I have this problem with more programs)

I'm not so much a newbie, I lost my original name to this board, so I'm starting from scrach....

All of those files look pretty much the same...I'd avoid the devel ones for obvious reasons, and as a rule of thumb, go with the one with the fewest specifications in the name, which also happens to be the newest.

Good luck...let me know if it works, I've been thinking about downloading one myself.
