What to do after installing slackware????

First of all Merry X mas.... my brotheren.

Now i installed slacware13.1 on my pc, i wish to install codecs and stuff to make my media hungry mind at ease...
What should I do to get a fully functional slackware On my pc.... starting from the simplest of configurations....and tweaks
